Our home is located just 7.5 miles (15minutes) from the gates of Walt Disney World. AirportAirport InformationThe villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World (10 minutes away) and is much less congested than International Drive or the Downtown Kissimmee areas, however still within a very short drive of their amenities. There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and fast food outlets all within 1-5 minutes drive. These include Wal-Mart, Publix and Winn-Dixie (supermarkets), McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut and Chick-fil-a (fast food), with numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world. There is a WalGreens (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community. The I4 is only a matter of 10 mins away ther you can reach Tampa in approx 1 hour drive and all of Orlandos Major theme parks and attractions within 20-30Mins PoliciesPayment Policy: Bookings for up to 1 week require 5 days deposit. Pool/spa heat costs $100 in winter season.Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 45 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $60.00. For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of three nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rules: Smoking is only allowed outside on the premises.
